I am a multimedia designer based in Austin, Texas. I focus specifically on nothing in particular. Whether it’s graphic design, product design, fashion design, type design, animation – as long as it challenges me – I am interested.
My passion for design and creation ignited at the age of 9, shortly after building my first PC. I devoured the Adobe Photoshop CS2 guide, all 363 pages, alongside Terry White. Growing up as an avid snowboarder in Washington state, I was immersed in the unruly design language of extreme sports and counter culture.
Design captivated me due to its inherent nature—the ability to transform chaos into form and disarray into function. I did not go to school for design, but business and marketing. Given that design is a job, where we must consistently and reliably create value, many have come to view this as a feature.
Combining deduction with intuitive leaps of faith, I have thrived in organizations of all sizes, from small teams to massive enterprises.
I possess a comprehensive understanding of design, from computer hardware to the whole gamut of software, all the way out to high-level marketing strategies and business fundamentals.
At 20, I led the design for the first AI app in the app store. I've created livery for a car that won the Indy 500. I've designed and written the most Kickstarter pages, ever--raising over 13 million dollars along the way. And with the help of my friends, I even founded an brick & mortar ad agency, WZRD, in SLC.
I am currently seeking small, brave, and nice hospitality clients in Austin, Texas.
